2012

Back in December 2012, Maxime and Grégoire decided to embark on an entrepreneurial journey. They created from scratch their accountancy and statutory audit organization from scratch.

2013

Romain Cornudet, who was our very first employee, was hired, then became a partner in 2020. What a journey he's had!

2014

Acquisition of BC associates which allowed our workforce to exceed 20 employees !

2015

Our business diversification began with the development of Secretariat Express, our subsidiary dedicated to franchisors/franchisees and SMEs looking to delegate 100% of their administrative services.

2018

Acquisition of Corefid, an accounting firm based in Paris-Opéra.

2020

Creation of Impulsa and partnership with Jean-Baptiste Barsi, lawyer at the Paris Bar.

2021

Acquisition d'AG Expertise société d'expertise-comptable basée à Paris.

2022

Acquisition de DEC IDF société d'expertise-comptable basée à Paris.

2023

Création d'Impulsa Avocats et association de Louis-Marie Longin !
